Job Description:

You will be an integral member of the department, performing administrative and office support activities. Your duties will include assisting with administration matters for new staff, arranging appointments, coordinating logistics for meetings and training sessions, preparing simple presentations and reports, handling data entry, and coordinating various departmental activities and events. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and will be required to undertake other administrative tasks as assigned by your supervisor. The ideal candidate must possess a positive attitude, pleasant personality, and strong team spirit, being able to provide efficient administrative support to the department while adapting to constant change and challenges.

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage general office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and filing systems
  2. Schedule and coordinate meetings, including booking meeting rooms and arranging refreshments
  3. Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and distribute meeting notes
  4. Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries when required

Educational and Professional Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or GCE ‘A’ Levels
  • Prior related experience would be an advantage
