Job Description: 

Provide support for Accounts Receivable function and oversee the operations of the Business Office counter.  

 

Job Responsibilities: 

Join our team and make a difference in patients’ financial experience by ensuring smooth and supportive payment processes. Your role will include: 

  1. Assisting patients in understanding their financial responsibilities and setting up manageable payment plans. 

  1. Helping to create and manage patient accounts for seamless billing experiences. 

  1. Preparing reports to track payment statuses and improve patient financial care. 

  1. Attending to enquiries and performing counter coverage to assist patients and visitors effectively. 

  1. Reviewing clinic handover reports to ensure all statements, cancellation receipts, and discrepancies are properly accounted for and duly acknowledged by the cashier and supervisor. 

  1. Working closely with the Accounts Receivable team to follow up on payments, helping patients manage their outstanding balances before any write-offs. 

  1. Reviewing and verifying write-off requests with a patient-first approach. 

  1. Coordinating with clinics, wards, and emergency services to ensure patients receive timely support in managing their bills.

Requirements

Competency 

  1. Service-oriented, confident and have a passion for helping others. 

  1. Good communication and interpersonal skills 

  1. Basic accounting knowledge 

 

Educational and Professional Requirements 

  1. ITE or Diploma holder 

  1. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
