Executive Assistant - HR Shared Services
You will join our growing Group HR Shared Services (HRSS) to deliver employee centric experience to various stakeholders within NHG. You provide first line comprehensive operational support within the HR shared services department.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries directed to the HR shared services team.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including pre-onboarding activities and paperwork completion.
- Process HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, employment certification.
- Administration and tracking of probation confirmation and contract renewals.
- Maintain and update HR databases, including employee records and documentation.
- Liaising with Statutory agency / governing body on the application, renewal, and cancellation of all work passes
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education/Training/Experience
- Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant, preferably in a HR or shared services environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP.
