Executive Assistant (Contract Part Time)
Support the administrative work for a 3D printing upper limb orthosis setup service in Occupational Therapy Department.
- Perform secretariat duties for project meetings and discussions
- Prepare documents for usability testing
- Prepare documents when working with external vendors
- Support the logistics and other operational support whenever required: e.g. data extraction, calling of participations, meeting liaison
- Work with project team members to analyze the outcomes and the summary report of the usability testing
- Work with project team members to prepare project internal and external presentation slides
Additional roles:
- Assist in 3D device development with design team, work closely with project team and external vendors to ensure design quality.
Working hours: 21 hours per week
Requirements
• Diploma in any discipline/ GCE 'A'/'O' Level/ Higher NITEC, NITEC
• Proficiency in computer application including Microsoft Office skills
• Comfortable with phone call communication, data analysis and usability testing
• Additional (optional): Design skills, 3D modelling related skill
