Executive Assistant, Learning & Development
You will be part of NHG Pharmacy Practice and Learning and Development (L&D) team to support staff-related training and development activities. This position will require an organised yet innovative approach to the administrative and logistical duties.
Job Responsibilities
- To provide logistical support for general training and development activities as required, including organizing and distributing training-related materials.
- To maintain accurate training records to ensure that the database is comprehensive and current
- To update staff attendance for training programmes
- To register staff for courses, effect payment to the course providers accordingly and update L&D expenditure records
- To assist in the administration of training grant applications and claims
- To consolidate statistical feedback of training courses on a regular basis
- To assist in the administration of training sponsorships and scholarships
- To assist in the collation of competency assessments and reports
- To provide administrative support in the Professional Development Workgroup
- To coordinate the administration and data collation of audits relevant to Pharmacy Practice department.
- To provide administrative support in medication error reporting and claims processes
- To provide statistical reports on pharmacy clinical performance on a regular basis
Job Requirements
- Diploma holder with min 3-5 years of working experience in administrative work (involving IT navigation preferred)
- Good IT Skills (Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good initiative, independent and team-oriented
- Organized in administrative work
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and problem-solving skills
