Job Purpose 

 

  • The role will oversee the day to day facilities operations and management at both NHG Office sites @ Nexus and Novena.  

  • This role may include project involvement in the setup of the new office spaces at Novena
  • Oversee operations of the Facilities matters at the NHG Offices ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of facilities. Ie.M&E contracts management, cleaning, powershutdown,server rooms. 
  • Ensure efficient running of the office administrative matters.
  • Respond to Facilities emergencies 24/7 under Building Management Services ie. Temperature controls in Server Rooms, Security Access Doors, CCTV issues and Fire Warden
  • Preparation of CS Facilities budget and chargeout matters
  • Plan and implement facilities related projects ie. Renewals
  • Space planning/ renovation projects.
  • Respond to facilities complaints/ maintenance issues.
  • Manage A&A projects at Novena Site Office
  • Season parking management

 

Development Support for NHG@Novena Project

  • Assist with evaluation of Security Systems and provide AV specifications for new HQ project
  • Assist with the evaluation of the Meeting Room Booking system, set up of Administration rights and operationalization
  • Reinstatement of Nexus when NHG@Novena Project completes on Healthcity Novena Campus

 

Support and Manage the Office Administration matters pertaining to the running of the offices within NHG Group.

 

Requirement

 

Education/Training/Experience

 

  • Relevant degree in Facilities Management
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience running a building of similar GFA.
  • Good written communication skills
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills
