Job Purpose
-
The role will oversee the day to day facilities operations and management at both NHG Office sites @ Nexus and Novena.
- This role may include project involvement in the setup of the new office spaces at Novena
- Oversee operations of the Facilities matters at the NHG Offices ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of facilities. Ie.M&E contracts management, cleaning, powershutdown,server rooms.
- Ensure efficient running of the office administrative matters.
- Respond to Facilities emergencies 24/7 under Building Management Services ie. Temperature controls in Server Rooms, Security Access Doors, CCTV issues and Fire Warden
- Preparation of CS Facilities budget and chargeout matters
- Plan and implement facilities related projects ie. Renewals
- Space planning/ renovation projects.
- Respond to facilities complaints/ maintenance issues.
- Manage A&A projects at Novena Site Office
- Season parking management
Development Support for NHG@Novena Project
- Assist with evaluation of Security Systems and provide AV specifications for new HQ project
- Assist with the evaluation of the Meeting Room Booking system, set up of Administration rights and operationalization
- Reinstatement of Nexus when NHG@Novena Project completes on Healthcity Novena Campus
Support and Manage the Office Administration matters pertaining to the running of the offices within NHG Group.
Requirement
Education/Training/Experience
- Relevant degree in Facilities Management
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience running a building of similar GFA.
- Good written communication skills
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal skills
