Executive (Well-being)
The Executive for Cluster Well-being Office will work with the Chief Wellness Officer and Cluster Well-being Collective for strategic planning and implement plans to improve the well-being of our staff in NHG Health Institutions. The role will provide opportunities in working with various stakeholders, external agencies and, most importantly, hearing from our ground staff on their concerns and how the organization may better support them.
Reporting to the Manager and Chief Wellness Officer (CWO), the incumbent will:
- support Manager and CWO with the oversight and implementation of well-being framework and strategy across all NHG institutions;
- provide follow-up/ implementation support to NHG Cluster Well-being Collective (CWC);
- support Manager with the implementation of communication strategy to articulate and inform NHG staff on the 6 domains of well-being and
- provide support in any Group level well-being projects/initiatives as assigned.
Candidates with the following attributes will be at an advantage:
- Degree in Communications or related discipline (preferred);
- Knowledge of employee engagement, workplace health and wellness promotion, and such implementation practices in Singapore (preferred);
- Proficient in Design using Canva, or Adobe software if required;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Powerpoint, Word, and Excel.
