A National Healthcare Group (NHG) Residency Programme Coordinator (PC) performs a key role in supporting the assigned residency Programme Director (PD) and programme team in the coordination and management of the residency programme, including accreditation of the programme. He / She shall also assist the NHG Residency Designated Institutional Official (DIO) and Institutional Coordinator (IC) in the fulfilment of their
mission to provide the best learning environment and quality medical education for Singapore’s next generations of medical professionals.
Working together with the PD and program team, the Programme Coordinator is responsible for:

Programme Accreditation and Management
Administering and Maintaining a Conducive Educational Environment
Resident Recruitment, Selection, Appointment, Management and Development; and
Faculty Appointment, Management and Development.

The Programme Coordinator is also expected to participate in assigned initiatives and projects to achieve the
institution's vision, mission and strategic objectives.

(This is a 0.5 FTE Part Time Executive position.)
