Executive (Campus Retail)

Job description

The Senior Executive/Executive will work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations of the retail units, and provide estate management support.

Responsibilities

Retail Management

• Responsible for the leasing, planning and setting up of the retail units in the hospital across different buildings
• Plan, formulate and implement operational SOP and marketing strategies
• Managing tenancy related issues, compiling occupancy and rental reports, and other related lease management functions
• Interact professionally with internal and external parties to gather feedback, resolve complaints, and improve service level
• Engage key stakeholders in establishing and implementing initiatives to enhance existing/ meet new retail service needs (e.g. introducing new technology to improve user experience, and work with multiple government agencies to roll out new initiatives).

Estate Management

• Manage the HealthCity Novena campus shuttle bus service
• Oversee the hospital campus amenities which include procurement of new furniture and equipment, and work with internal stakeholders on the maintenance schedule.
• Assist in the set-up of estate services for new TTSH buildings in HealthCity Novena Campus
• Other Ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferably in a tenancy management related function
• Maturity and adaptability to work independently
• Ability to plan, supervise, execute and manage operational plans
• Good multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter and resourceful with good interpersonal and communication skills
