Executive, Preventive Health Screening
The Senior/Executive will assist the Director/Manager to lead and oversee the development, implementation, and management of functional screening programme at Population Health Campus (PHC).
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- To develop, oversee the design, coordination, and implementation of functional screening programme at L1 and L2.
- To perform required administrative tasks and support, co-ordinate and ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of the functional screening programme.
- To collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high quality care functional screening programmes
- To foster relationships with key internal & external stakeholders in ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
- To monitor and report on key performance indicators related to the success and efficiency of Functional Screening programme.
- To analyze data from functional screening programme and provide actionable insights to improve seniors’ outcomes.
- To provide administrative support for meetings
- Involved in organization activities including participation in Continues Improvement Programme.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as and when assigned/required.
Job Requirements
- A recognised degree in any discipline with at least 2 - 3 years of working experience preferred.
- Practical knowledge and experience in healthcare, business development or marketing will be an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong problem solving and good critical thinking skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Background in healthcare, nursing, physiotherapy, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in working within fast-paced or high-growth environments
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
