Executive, Partnership Development
JOB SUMMARY
You will create and increase brand awareness for TTSH services through channel development and engagement activities.
You will be the Account Manager for the hospital's portfolio of clients and partners. Your role will be to service existing accounts, build relationship with key decision makers to ensure continued business. You will also be involved in partnership engagement activities from conceptualization to execution.
Part of your role is on channel development where you will also identify new business segments to expand the portfolio of clients and partners. Internally, you will work closely with various hospital business units/Head of Departments to understand their business needs, identify and source for opportunities to grow their businesses/units. You will also be conducting market research and competitive price benchmarking, when required. You are expected to be able to analyze and derive insights from information gathered to inform business decisions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
- Degree in Business or healthcare-related disciplines preferred but not mandatory
EXPERIENCE
- At least 2-3 years of experience in account servicing, business development or marketing, ideally in the healthcare sector

- Good financial knowledge, in analysis of profitability of accounts and making recommendations on pricing
