Executive, Operations Analytics Unit (OAU)

Operations Analytics Unit (OAU), as part of Organizational Planning & Performance Operations, aims to drive TTSH further along its analytics journey. The team’s goal is to use data analytics, simulation and artificial intelligence (AI) where appropriate to support operational business decision-making and to engage external experts for potential collaborations.

Challenges

You will be monitoring, communicating, and reporting Institution’s specialist outpatient clinics indicators. This includes coordination with various department for data collation, analysis, and ensuring the data validity and reliability. reporting statistics to management and other relevant departments, and ministries.

You will also be part of the team to explore, plan and implement improvement projects for hospital/ department operations leveraging on operations tools and IT to optimize clinic resources and any other projects as assigned.

Requirements

1. Degree holder and above in Business Analytics discipline or equivalent.
2. Preferably knowledge in coding and analytics software e.g Simul8 / Flexsim, Tableau, Python and UiPath.
3. Preferably with statistical analysis experience.
4. Preferably with experience as an effective change agent.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Possess computer skills, with Microsoft office software knowledge.
