Executive, HRIS
As a HRIS executive, you will contribute to 3 main areas (i.e. automation development, HRIS support, and HR data analytics).
You will design, develop, and enhance automated workflows using tools like UiPath and Power Automate. You will also provide first-level support for HR systems, acting as a liaison between HR Operations and Group HRIS in system related tasks.
This role will also collect and analyze HR data from various sources to generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
(a) Education/Training/Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in UiPath, Power Automate development or any RPA tool
- Knowledge of Human Resource Management Systems (HRIS), preferably SAP SuccessFactors
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations
