As a HRIS executive, you will contribute to 3 main areas (i.e. automation development, HRIS support, and HR data analytics).

 

You will design, develop, and enhance automated workflows using tools like UiPath and Power Automate. You will also provide first-level support for HR systems, acting as a liaison between HR Operations and Group HRIS in system related tasks.

 

This role will also collect and analyze HR data from various sources to generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

(a)    Education/Training/Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
    • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in UiPath, Power Automate development or any RPA tool
    • Knowledge of Human Resource Management Systems (HRIS), preferably SAP SuccessFactors
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Areas of Responsibility

Automation Development

  • Contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of automated workflows using UiPath and Power Automate.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize automation flows to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Continuously improve automated workflows by identifying areas for automation and enhancing performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of automation solutions

 

HRIS Support

  • Provide first-level support and solutions for HR Systems-related issues and requests from the Group Office HR Operations team
  • Serve as a liaison between HR Operations and Group HRIS for system issues, solutions, and enhancement requests
  • Represent the Group Office HR Operations team on system-related task groups

 

HR Data Analytics

  • Gather and research HR data from multiple sources
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management review and decision-making, including manpower reports, attrition reports, recruitment reports, and Group HR budget and expenses reports.
