Executive, Group Pharmacy Office
As part of the Group Pharmacy Office (GPhO), you will support the Group Pharmacy Council (GPC) in driving strategic planning and professional development initiatives for the pharmacy professional group, with the aim to advance pharmacy practice to enable holistic care beyond medication use for the population. You will provide administrative and project management support, including conceptualisation, planning, development and implementation of initiatives at the cluster level, to drive professional development, care integration and transformation, in alignment with the cluster and national strategies.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate department administrative, budgeting and procurement matters and ensure reports / claims are documented accurately and confidentially
- Develop and manage communication materials, including newsletters, SharePoint, and social media, to disseminate initiatives and announcements, enhance engagement, and support recruitment efforts
- Prepare presentation and meeting materials, draft minutes of meetings, and follow up on matters arising
- Participate in assigned cluster level workgroups / projects and facilitate meetings / discussions
- Support the project teams to ensure that work plans progress according to objectives and scope within stipulated time and budget
- Support strategic planning and work plans development through systematic information gathering, data analysis and alignment with cluster and national goals
- Engage and collaborate with internal / external stakeholders
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE
- Degree in any discipline with 2-3 years of relevant experience
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience in pharmacy / public healthcare industry is an advantage
