Job Description for Data Scientist (Research Analyst)

Aim:

To be a Research Analyst (entry level) in Health Services Research (HSR) and be part of Data Science & Operations Research team.

Qualification:

A degree in Data Science or related fields, preferably a Masters.  Strong and flexible in application of fundamentals of mathematics, probability & statistics and computer science; has a good knowledge of programming in Python.

Having a background in biology in high school/JC will be an advantage.

Entry level candidates may apply.

Role:

• Process and analyse large healthcare databases to draw insightful results using methods that are descriptive, explanatory, predictive and simulation. 

• Experiment with generative AI for applications in healthcare analytics and productivity improvement.

• You are creative and curious to continue learning the wide field of HSR analytics covering disease knowledge, population epidemiology and healthcare system.  You are self-driven with a hands-on approach who delivers, with guidance from team.
