Executive, Community Hospital of the Future (Contract)

Working on the Community Hospital of the Future project, the Senior Executive/Executive of Operations (Integrated Care Hub) will support patient care transformation and strategic initiatives through project management and oversight on workflows. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to organize project activities, propose strategies, develop policies and clinical protocols, and facilitate operational management. The role also involves workflow design, business and financial assessment, data analysis, secretariat duties, and ensuring service and operations standards are met.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• 2 or more years of working experience (healthcare experience with practical aspects of hospital operations preferred)

• Meticulous, analytical, possesses good organisational and coordination skills 
• Good team player with ability to exercise initiative, manage time pressure and timelines, multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment is a must 
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and a flair for numbers are essential
• Familiarity with concepts of project management, budget and office/corporate administration is an added advantage
