JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an Internal Communications Executive who is dynamic, people-oriented, and resourceful. This candidate should have an eagerness to try and is unafraid to challenge norms. He/she has effective communication skills to inform, inspire and rally different groups of staff. He/she understands strategic organisational objectives and able to contextualize them for various audiences. He/she possesses strong analytical skills and approach challenges with logical reasoning.

The successful candidate will create thoughtful and meaningful content on all internal communications platforms and aim to deliver clear and consistent messages to our workforce. He/she will be involved with campaigns and events management. He/she will also monitor internal communications owned platforms for engagement and adoption. He/she will have opportunities to support the change management of our internal systems.

Responsibilities 

  1. Content Creation & Campaigns
  • Manage daily communications activities and campaigns
  • Create multimedia content (press releases, social media, newsletters, graphics, videos)
  • Manage social media channels and intranet
  • Design graphics (Adobe/Canva) and edit videos (Adobe/CapCut)
  • Craft targeted messaging and conduct engagement surveys
  1. Events Management
  • Coordinate logistics and communications
  • Handle sponsorships and guest management
  • Provide event day support
  • Contribute to event ideation
  1. Innovation & Technology
  • Support chatbot development and maintenance
  • Monitor technology trends and platform usage
  • Adapt new systems to improve work processes
  • Create innovation-related communications
  1. Platform Management
  • Maintain department-owned assets
  • Manage file systems
  • Monitor media and analyse engagement data
  • Handle stakeholder enquiries

Requirements

  • BA in Mass Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Arts & Social Sciences preferred. 
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in Communications, preferably in internal communications and social media
  • Creative and engaging storyteller who is able to translate complex content into clear and easily understandable content. 
  • Strong professional demeanor and comfort in interacting with internal stakeholders and external contacts. 
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines
  • Positive attitude and able to work independently and as a team player.
