Executive, Clinical Services (Contract till 31 Dec 2024)
Job Responsibilities:
1) Programme Management
- Coordinate the planning and implementation of clinical programmes, with respect to those pertaining to education and empowerment for patients with diabetes, which include linking up with partnering institutions
- Engage and collaborate with relevant stakeholders (e.g. clinic teams – doctors, nurses, operations) in managing the roll-out and scaling up of clinical programmes across all polyclinics
- Monitor and evaluate data of key performance indicators (e.g. recruitment number, patient outcomes) for the programmes
- Present programme and evaluation updates to Clinical Services Department, Senior Management and any other relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate the review for management papers and reports, as well as funding proposals.
2) Administrative Duties
- Monitor the expenditure and prepare / collate the budget for clinical programmes
Prepare annual workplans e.g. work with relevant stakeholders to plan the programme’s milestones etc. - Staff to contribute to any other cross-functional admin duties across the different work areas in CS, as deemed appropriate and assigned by Reporting Officer/Supervisor
- Support other administrative duties as deemed appropriate and assigned by Reporting Officer
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably Life or Biological Science
- Preferably with about 1-2 years of work experience in project management, operations and administrative work
- Possess report writing and project organisation skills, with the ability to think analytically and solve problems effectively
- High level of computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible, adaptable, self-starter/self-motivator, pro-active and a passionate team player who is able to work independently under pressure
- Constant learner
