Executive, Clinical Operations (Integrated Care)

  1. JOB PURPOSE

 

The Executive supports Clinical Departments within the Division of Integrated & Continuing Care with development of services and processes to ensure safe and efficient care for the patients

 

  1. Work with various Operations teams to drive the following areas, namely,
  1. Program design, implementation, and evaluation
  2. Data collection, monitoring and analysis
  3. Procurement

 

 

  1. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES`

 

Specific

  1. Main Work Streams
  1. Program design, implementation, and evaluation

Support the development and implementation of Division of Integrated & Continuing Care clinical services, programs and care paths with clinicians and partners. These include:

    • Model of care development
    • Planning and innovating clinical operations to implement new program
    • Infrastructure, manpower, analytics, technology and other requirements needed to implement the program

 

  1. Data collection, monitoring and analysis
    • Perform data collection, data analysis and data management with the aim to streamline reporting of BAU processes
    • Coordinate the data efforts required for reporting to WH Management, NHG, MOH/MOHT, and other relevant stakeholders
    • To liaise with relevant stakeholders for data report submission

 

  1. Procurement
    • Administrative and secretariat support for purchase related activities for medical and non- medical equipment including hospital wide standardization of equipment, integration between equipment and workflows, as well as management of funds
    • Writing of proposal papers to facilitate approval of various stages such as pre-sourcing, evaluation and award
    • Management of timelines to ensure timely follow-up and closure of key action items

 

  1. Strategic Development

          Support the strategic planning and development effort for Continuing and Integrated Care Enterprise

    • Fostering partnership with key stakeholders from internal leaders from other enterprise, Clinical Leaderships, NHG HQ as well as external community partners
    • Secretariat support for committee and workgroup meetings
    • Planning and innovating programmes to future-proof the community care ecosystem with emphasis on financial and process efficiencies

 

 

General

  1. Where directed by Reporting Officer, and/or Director, Integrated Care, to support in other WH-related projects and tasks.

 

Job Requirements

Education / Training / Experience

 

  1. University Degree
  2. Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications – Excel, Word, Power Point
  3. At least 2 years of related experience in a similar capacity, preferably in an operations or service background
  4. Healthcare experience is a bonus
