Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide administration support for functions, coordinate programmes and activities for Lean Management and Quality-related programmes.
- Coordinate, facilitate, manage and monitor on Centre’s Quality-related projects, initiatives and trainings/workshops.
- Coordinate and support programmes, initiatives and activities on Quality Service Certification.
- Facilitate, support, organize and manage Centre’s accreditation, licensing inspections, audits and standards.
- Review and formulate regulatory policies for licensable healthcare services to safeguard patient safety, welfare and public interest.
- Assist in the establishment, administration and enforcement of healthcare services licensing requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- Experience and skills in quality management systems and quality system audits.
- Experience and skills in Patient Safety, Quality Improvement, Quality Assurance and statistics are preferred
- Experience in training and presentation
