Position: Estate Officer
Department: General Services & Operation
Job Description:
Estate Officer plays a crucial role in providing support, planning, coordinating and management of General Services operations (GSO), ensuring relevant stakeholders receive timely and efficient services while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Transport HA roster and events matter.
- Coordinate with vendors, service partners and internal department stakeholders for Transport and Environmental related matters.
- Work with vendors to resolve AV system and Telecommunication technical issues.
- Implement change initiatives and futureproof solutions for Environment, Transport, AV system and Telecommunication system. Liaison person to work with external consultants for these solutions.
- Execute audit programs for GSO and ensure proper documentation and records.
- Attend departmental staff meetings and record minutes.
- To perform any other duties as and when assigned.

- Comfortable to work in a ward and clinic setting.
Educational and Professional Requirements
- ITE / Diploma holder in Engineering or IT-related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, computer systems/software used in multimedia production.
Experienced in managing audio visual equipment, PABX system, Events and Telecommunication projects.
