Enrolled Nurse II (Clinic 4A)

You will require to demonstrate high standard of patient care, by performing clinical nursing procedures that meet patients' immediate physical and emotional needs

• Provide nursing care and activities collaboratively as a team with fellow Clinicians, Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Patient Service Associates, etc., in accordance to the institution guidelines
• Provide mentorship and guidance to fellow colleagues, to achieve desired patient outcomes
• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates clinical care for patients under his/ her care
• Performs generic Clinic Nursing duties, such as phlebotomy, medication administration, and assisting in clinic procedures
• Collectively working as a Team with the Clinicians and fellow healthcare professionals/ personnel, for a smooth, safe and quality delivery of patient care
• Carry Care, Empathy and Professionalism persona
• Any other relevant duties, asassigned by the Nurse Manager/ Clinic Manager

Job Requirements

• Nitec / Higher Nitec in Nursing or equivalent, with at least 2 years of clinical nursing
• Entry level applicants are welcome to apply
• Self-motivated and able to work well in a team
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
• Able to work staggered clinic hours
• Able to work in a dynamic environment, as well as being flexible and open to challenges and changes
