Deputy Director / Assistant Director, Leadership and Organisation Development (OD)
Join our dynamic team at NHG's Centre for Healthcare Innovation (CHI), where you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development of people and leadership to repond with agility to lead change and transformation in our healthcare ecosystem for now and the future. OD at CHI focuses efforts on creating impact at the systems level and driving outcomes towards achieving population health, healthcare sustainability and value healthcare with these communimties and ecosystems. As the Deputy Director / Assistant Director, you will lead strategic transformation initiatives and facilitate projects in partnership with the CHI Academies to (i) enable system change for Healthcare, Population Health and Sustainability; (ii) facilitate adoption of AI and Digital Health technologies and (iii) build orgainisational health for CHI.
Responsibilities:
- Foster collective leadership based on meaningful relationships, emphasising collective responsibility for the success
- Build system capability and capacity to learn, innovate, adapt and renew through formal and informal learning programmes, structures and platforms
- Build a future-ready workforce within NHG and beyond NHG walls with our community and system partners through value creation tools, technology enablement, and innovation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Organisational Development, Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in leading organisational development
- Engage across all levels of the system, supporting leadership and ground in the design and execution of organisational development interventions
- Adept at designing and conducting interventions at different levels of the system, from small group conversations to large-group sessions
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and senior/executive leadership teams.
