What you’ll do as a Dietitian

The Dietitian in National Healthcare Group Polyclinics is responsible for all phases of nutrition care including nutrition assessment, diagnosis of dietary/nutritional problems, prescription of appropriate dietary treatments and nutrition care plans, as well as monitoring and counselling of patients in a variety of settings.

The Dietician will deliver person-centred care to patients and their caregivers to enable them to improve their health condition(s) and prevent diseases. There will be opportunities to participate in community and public education and activities to promote healthy food choices and nutritional well-being.

  • Willingness to work at a different polyclinic location from time to time

 

Preferred Qualification

  • Bachelor / Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics
  • 1-3 years of relevant clinical experience in healthcare settings with Dietetic Services
