Deputy Director, Corporate Partnership

Position Overview:
Reporting to the Director of Operations. The Deputy Director of Partnership Development - Corporate will play a pivotal role in shaping TTSH in a strategic direction and expanding the market presence. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Senior Management and NHG Cluster to develop and implement corporate partnership strategies tailored to the healthcare communities.
• Conduct market research to identify new partnerships in the healthcare sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers including GPs, insurers etc.
• Lead and mentor the corporate partnership team to achieve key performance indicators and foster a culture of excellence.
• Oversee the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential partnerships and collaborations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with the organisational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or a related field.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Good to have some understanding of insurance market operations, regulations, trends and knowledge of who are the key providers, brokers and products.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
