Deputy Director, Corporate Partnership
Position Overview:
Reporting to the Director of Operations. The Deputy Director of Partnership Development - Corporate will play a pivotal role in shaping TTSH in a strategic direction and expanding the market presence. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Senior Management and NHG Cluster to develop and implement corporate partnership strategies tailored to the healthcare communities.
- Conduct market research to identify new partnerships in the healthcare sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers including GPs, insurers etc.
- Lead and mentor the corporate partnership team to achieve key performance indicators and foster a culture of excellence.
- Oversee the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential partnerships and collaborations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with the organisational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or a related field.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Good to have some understanding of insurance market operations, regulations, trends and knowledge of who are the key providers, brokers and products.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
