Delivery Manager/Senior Manager, Digital Applications Office

What we seek to accomplish together:

• Mobile app Project Delivery
• Oversee the project (hybrid using waterfall and agile) and software development lifecycle
• Manage project scope, schedules, communication, quality and risk management plans
• Creative in managing issues arising from integration of various components of the project including hardware, software installation, testing, business process review, redesign, application development, migration and data conversion etc.
• Manage the implementation of the project with regard to schedules, budget, manpower and quality
• Timely reporting of project issues with Deliver Lead
• Monitor and report on project management progress
• Manage resources to maximize productivity or minimize wastage
• Involve in Digital Health strategic planning

Team Management

• Decision making and provide leadership to the team to ensure that proposals/ enhancements are fully analyzed and evaluated for benefits and cost
• Provide the team with accurate information about business needs and priorities
• Participate in leadership activities and providing performance feedback and developmental coaching
• Monitor and improve team performance, conduct team building, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management

Stakeholder/Vendor Management

• Manage onshore and offshore vendor augmented staff
• Effectively engaged stakeholders in project decisions and execution
• Build long-term stakeholders relationships by anticipating and exceeding stakeholders' expectation
• Negotiate with stakeholders on change control mechanism to meet schedules and prioritize changes based on business needs

• Experience in mobile app delivery project, backend system Integration and app deployment works
• Able to demonstrate Leadership qualities to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship
• Self-motivated with a positive "get-thing-done" attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques.
• Knowledge in mobile app coding using Unity framework, Amazon Web services and Agile methodology is a plus
