MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in patients enquiries and handle patients appointments.
  • Ensure telephone standards and call handling capacity are managed.
  • Manage the SMS responses to patients appointments.
  • Supervise PSAs in their daily operational activities.
  • Collate and prepare monthly reports assigned by the ACE/CE.
