What you’ll do as a Customer Support Associate!

As Customer Support Associate, you’ll be the friendly and reassuring first point of contact for residents and patients. You will:

 

  • Handle enquiries and appointment requests via phone, email, and live chat
  • Provide timely, accurate and warm service that makes residents and patients feel heard
  • Deepen your sense of empathy as every interaction you make helps someone access the healthcare they need
  • Be a problem solver by working across various departments to ensure smooth and efficient issue resolution
  • Be a strong team player and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Play a key role in enhancing our overall patient experience

 

Convenient location: Situated at StarHub Green—just minutes from MacPherson MRT.

 

What You Bring

  • Clear and confident communication with excellent phone etiquette
  • Service-oriented mindset and a desire to help others
  • Proficient typing speed, and active listening skills
  • Willingness to work a 5.25-day week (alternate half-day Saturdays)
  • 1 year of customer service or call centre experience is a plus
  • Ability to converse in other languages (Mandarin/Malay/Tamil) is a plus

 

Your Qualifications

  • GCE ‘O’/‘A’ Levels or Polytechnic Diploma
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior Customer Support Associate position
