Customer Support Associate, DSC
Roles and Responsibilities
• Attend to caller’s enquiries and answer basic STI related queries
• Provide relevant service information to callers
• Ensure basic telephone standards are adhered to
• Assist in appointment booking via phone calls, email/online and referrals from other healthcare institutions
• Monitors appointment bookings and ensures an even distribution of appointments
• Assists in registration, billing and appointments booking of patients at the Public Clinic
Job Requirements
• GCE 'N' Level and above
• At least 1 year of call centre work experience
• Good communication skills, typing and computer skills.
