DESCRIPTION:

1. To assist the Demi Chef/Chef de Partie of the section
2. To be responsible for the hygiene standard and cleanliness of the section
3. To ensure that all patient meals are dished accurately according to ward orders
4. To ensure that all meals produced by the section are of acceptable standards
5. To minimise wastage and optimise stock level of raw materials and ingredients.
6. To perform any other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum with Primary School Education
2. At least 2 years of experience as a Commis Cook position
3. Able to work on weekends and public holidays (timing: 7am to 4:30pm, 8am-5:30pm, 9-6:30pm)
