Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversees the smooth functioning and operations of the clinics
- Oversees clinic appointments, overall staff deployment and resource allocation
- Ensures guidelines and procedures related to clinic services are adhered to by all relevant personnel at all times
- Handles PR cases at first line and assists staff in dealing with difficult situations
- Maintains discipline in compliance with policies
- Ensures timely submission of monthly reports and accuracy of clinical indicators tabulations
Requirements
- Possesses Degree in any field
- Min. 1 year of customer service experience
- Candidates with supervisory experience will be advantageous
