Case Reviewer (Temp 10 months)

Supporting the Deputy Director (of QRM) and Assistant Manager (of QRM), the case reviewer is expected to conduct adverse event system review as a quality care reviewer in the Adverse Event Study 2024 and work with the team to co-ordinate the logistics of study.
This role requires reviewing case notes and identifying potential triggers for harm, assisting with the peer review process, and surfacing the relevant reports tomedical reviewers. Additional duties include assisting with the collation of daily case summary, data cleaning and other administrative work as assigned. During the interview, a case review assessment will be conducted.

 

Education/Training/Experience
1) Registered Nurse with at least 5 years of recent clinical experience, ideally in an acute hospital setting.
2) Experience in patient safety and quality improvement would be an advantage.
3) Good analytical skills with clinical acumen, sound knowledge of medical terminology, clinical processes, procedures, and best practices.
