Business/Support Analyst - Mobile App & Kiosk Project

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business/Support Analyst to drive the development of our innovative mobile application and self-service kiosk solution. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements with technical implementation, ensuring seamless user experiences across both digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business needs for mobile app and kiosk functionalities
  • Process Analysis: Map current workflows and identify optimization opportunities for digital transformation
  • User Experience Design: Work with UX/UI teams to ensure intuitive interfaces for both customer and admin users
  • Technical Documentation: Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Project Management: Coordinate with various teams, track progress, and ensure timely delivery
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop test plans and validate solutions against business requirements
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate meetings, document minutes, present findings, and manage expectations across departments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably with mobile/web applications
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Proficient in requirements documentation tools (AzureDevOps, Planner and etc.)
  • Experience with user journey mapping and process optimization
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of kiosk technology and mobile app development lifecycle preferred
  • Monitor system support metrics and identify trends in user queries and report findings
