Asst Manager/Snr Executive, Clinical Education (5-Month Maternity Coverage)

Key Responsibilities

Programme Administration 

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for clinical education programmes including Pre-Employment Clinical Training, Post-Graduate Clinical Education, Continuing Professional Development, Life Support Certification Training, and Simulation & Surgical Skills Training
  • Manage procurement, preparation and logistics for educational programmes and activities
  • Collaborate with clinical leads, committees, academic institutions and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with educational standards and accreditation requirements

Faculty Management & Development

  • Support faculty and teaching appointments management
  • Assist in planning, implementing and evaluating faculty development initiatives
  • Work closely with administrative and clinical teams to enhance teaching capabilities

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain comprehensive training and programme databases
  • Prepare analytical reports on attendance, feedback, funding and resource utilisation
  • Ensure documentation readiness for internal and external audits and accreditations
  • Support policy development for clinical education implementation

General Duties 

  • Support department projects with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to cross-team and organisation-wide initiatives

Job Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Education, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in programme administration, preferably in healthcare or education sector
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare education, medical training or clinical programme management
  • Knowledge of healthcare accreditation standards and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with learning management systems and educational technology
  • Project management certification or experience
