- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounts closing and reconciliations, preferably using SAP - Internship experience is desirable - Experience in system implementation |

B. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Accounts Receivable
- Prepare and post monthly accruals and accounts receivable billings/receipts for month-end accounts closing
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations for various payment modes
- Prepare monthly schedules such as trial balance for review and approval
- Follow up on ageing and related queries
- Liaise with IT team and/or colleagues on any issues or errors
2) Management of Schemes and Deposits
- Submit claims for schemes and monitor deposit balances
- Process refunds, monitor ageing and rectify any errors when necessary
- Handle queries from stakeholders and audit if required
3) IT Projects
- Involvement from implementation to user acceptance testing stages
4) Management Reporting
- Assist accountants in GL account analysis, AR reporting and monitoring
C. SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend meetings and take minutes
- Any other duties as assigned by reporting officer
