JOB SUMMARY

 

  • Support the transition of a caregiver mobile application to web-based platform.

 

  • Coordinate between key stakeholders including vendor and website development team to align technical requirements and ensure seamless platform migration.

 

  • Support planning, development and delivery of web application features and workflows to enhance caregiver support.

 

  • Support project team in the collection and analysis of user metrics and platform performance to examine adoption rates and user engagement.

 

  • Identify gaps and success factors of web platform integration to inform web application optimisation and feature enhancement.

 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

SPECIFIC

Platform Transition and Coordination

 

  1. Responsible for liaison between relevant stakeholders including vendor and web platform development team to ensure alignment on technical specifications and integration requirements.

 

  1. Support gathering and documentation of functional requirements from key stakeholders to facilitate web application development.

 

  1. Work with project team and stakeholders to develop migration strategy and timeline for transitioning mobile application features to web-based environment.

 

  1. Monitor and track milestones of web application development, testing phases, and deployment across web platform.

 

  1. Support user acceptance testing and feedback collection from caregivers and healthcare professionals to validate web application functionality.

 

  1. Work with project team to identify technical gaps, user experience issues and define platform performance metrics to examine web platform adoption and user engagement.

 

  1. Work with project team and stakeholders to facilitate continuous web application iteration based on data insights and stakeholder feedback to enhance user experience.

 

Administrative Activities

 

  1. Assist project team in relevant administrative duties, including maintaining documentation on requirements specifications, and technical integration guidelines.

GENERAL

 

  1. Keeps abreast of current developments and best practices in the healthcare technology sphere and shares the information with other team members.

 

  1. Demonstrates good interpersonal skills with the project team and stakeholders.

 

  1. Performs any other duties as assigned by Supervisors.
