Asst Manager
Job Description
- Support the Senior Manager, Deputy Director, and Director in managing strategic partnerships with industry, government agencies, and academia.
- Coordinate and implement key MedTech initiatives across NHG institutions.
- Facilitate the setup and execution of thematic partnership programmes.
- Assist in identifying high-potential innovation projects/products for development and investment.
- Organize and manage events such as SHBC and innovation showcases.
- Drive inter-institutional collaboration on MedTech projects and programmes.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
- Contribute to the development of internal policies and processes for innovation and technology transfer.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in healthcare innovation, MedTech, startup support, or project management.
- Familiarity with medical device development, healthcare product commercialization, or technology transfer is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
- Passionate about leveraging technology to improve healthcare delivery.
- Experience with institutional grants, innovation programmes, or startup ecosystems is a plus.
