The incumbent will provide administrative and operational support in the following areas:

  1. Medical Post-graduate Training
  • GDFM
  • MMed (FM) Program B
  • FCFP(S)
  • NHG FM Residency Programme
  1. Faculty Development

 

  1. Medical Post-graduate Training (GDFM, MMed (FM) Program B, FCFP(S), NHG FM Residency Programme)
  • Assist in tracking of NHGP trainees’ intake for the various post-graduate programmes listed above
  • Provide administrative and operational assistance for the MMed support programmes such as
    • Post Residency Exam Preparatory Programme and
    • Relevant clinical attachments of NHGP doctors on Programme B
  • Support planning and execution of Clinical Formative and Summative Examination for FCFP (S)
  • Assist in arranging the annual examination debrief sessions for MMEd and FCFP (S)
  • Provide administrative support required for FM Residents posted to NHGP for training
  • Liaise with NHG GME on relevant matters with respect to FM Resident Postings and implementation of NHG GME policies
  • Assist the Programme Director (PD) or Asst Programme Director (APD) on any FM Residency related matters

 

  1. Faculty Development
  • Provide administrative support in implementing the NHGP Faculty Development Framework in relation to tracking the attendances of the core modules by those in the various faculty roles
  • Support the planning and administration for the Training-of-Trainers (TOT) sessions as part of faculty development
  • Oversee the management and enhancement of the education database (TedBase) to support FMD at the strategic planning level
  • Support the collation and submission of teaching hours and evaluation data to HR for SQC reporting and other recognition purposes
  • Assist in the medical education manpower and succession planning process

 

  1. Strategic Projects
  • Participate in department’s strategic projects where appropriate

 

  1. Shared Department Duties
  • Provide assistance and support on the following activities / event organized by FMD:
  • Primary Care Conference / Primary Care Forum
  • Overseas Experts Visit Programme (OEP)
  • FMD Retreat
  • General Admin
  • Assist Senior Director / Director and Trainers in amending presentation slides
  • Arrange meetings upon request
  • Minutes-taker upon request
