PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1.        Oversee the facilities management operations of the clinics including Headquarter.

2.       Responsible for budget planning, outsourcing, tendering and awarding of contracts, as well as creating, monitoring and delivering on KPIs

3.       Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish the requirements

4.        Manage, develop, plan and execute all approved expenditures

5.        Recommend and advise on outsourcing strategies, review and devise improvements for processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement

6.        Manage both medical and non-medical service contracts

7.        Manage all repairs and facilities maintenance projects

8.        Conduct regular meetings with and survey of contractors

9.        Coordinate all regular servicing, repairs and site building/ground breakdown on emergency basis

10.     Lead a team of officers and contractors to manage the day-to-day maintenance, functional operations of clinics

11.     Ensure that facilities management and security pass ESS, JCI and OHSAS certification
