Asst Manager
The Assistant Manager, Planning & Development, is responsible for supporting corporate planning and operations in Primary Care Office (PCO) under NHG Health. PCO is responsible for developing a strong relationship with the GPs in the Central and North region and enabling NHG Health in achieving it preventive health and chronic disease management goals, centred on MOH’s national initiatives such as Healthier SG.
The scope shall include but not limited to:
- Build and maintain strong relationship with GP offices across Regional Health Clusters, agencies and key internal & external stakeholders to foster place-based care and relationship-based care of Central and North residents.
- Support the team in driving the development of mission strategies, develop plans, analyse data, monitor outcomes and facilitate discussions.
- Organise and improve initiatives and events to drive mindshare and stickiness with our key stakeholders.
- Facilitate the publicity and communications of primary care related initiatives to meet NHG’s population health objectives.
- Work with relevant stakeholders such as Legal to safeguard the rights of the cluster and GPs as PCO is the custodian of Healthier SG GP agreements for NHG Health.
- Support attainment of approved milestones, budgets and timelines.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by NHG leadership.
Job Requirements Education/Experience
- Min. bachelor degree qualification from a recognised university. Preferably with healthcare management, marketing and operations background.
- Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare.
- Demonstrates good analytical skills, planning with translation to operations and successfully implemented projects in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in healthcare management especially in the area of operations, data analysis and marketing / communications is preferred.
- Good project management and event management skills.
- Good interpersonal & communications skills and ability to manage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds at various levels of seniority.
- Macro in perspectives and meticulous in implementation.
- Strong team player with the ability to build and maintain harmonious working relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
