Asst Manager
- To establish, lead and oversee the operations, management and financial performance of health screening services. This includes the collection and reporting of health screening data for analyses, generation of reports for management, highlighting trends, health issues, outcomes and establishing pathways for interventions on health risk factors / abnormal results.
- To acquire new clients, grow and expand the health screening services in accordance to approved plans. This includes monitoring market trends, developing the relevant strategies to grow new services and ensure competitiveness of screening services.
- To ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, ethical guidelines and that all health screening services are of high quality to the satisfaction of clients. This includes establishing screening protocols, procedures, policies and regular audits/assessments to ensure that they meet national health guidelines.
- To collaborate with and support a multi-disciplinary professional team to deliver preventive health programmes in various settings.
- To build and sustain trusted partnerships with internal/external stakeholders and clients. This includes promoting the importance of health screening and preventive health programmes to clients.
- To acquire and mobilize resources to complement the team’s efforts and as required for the delivery of health screening services.
- To lead, plan and execute any other assigned projects / tasks as and when required.
PROFILE OF CANDIDATE
- Graduate degree education preferably in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Nursing or a related field.
- Min. 8 years of experience in healthcare services, specifically in health-screening and related services.
- Prior experience in setting up new health screening services will be highly advantageous.
- Working experience on preventive health will be advantageous.
- One who favours constant challenges instead of routine functional work.
