Asst Manager / Sr Executive, Human Resource

As part of the HR team, you will work closely with the HR leaders and line departments to strengthen the talent pipeline for the Hospital. This includes managing the TTSH Internship Programme, spearheading outreach, supporting talent management initiatives and plans, facilitating succession planning, as well as HR Business Partnering which includes engaging with various senior stakeholders on their selection needs. You will provide HR perspectives and sound guidance on people challenges and development issues, and sustaining the development plan for talent in the Hospital. For growth and exposure, you may also be involved in on-going HR initiatives/projects in areas such as secretariat for workforce planning and transformation, employer branding, employee relations and engagement, job redesign efforts, recruitment & retention.

 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree, preferably with specialization in human resource

Preferably at least 3 years of relevant HR experience in a large organisation. Fresh graduates with relevant internship or temporary work experience may also be considered.
• Team player and self-driven, with a keen interest in talent management and a passion to make a positive impact
• Strong in strategic thinking, writing, communication and analytical skills
Resilience, maturity and adaptability are desired traits

• Being competent in the following areas is advantageous but not essential: engaging senior stakeholders to understand talent issues and partnering them to strengthen talent pipeline, and experience in HR business partnering, workforce planning or other prior roles in human resource management

• Hands on experience in SuccessFactors will be an advantage.
