Asst Manager (Auditor)
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- SPECIFIC (80%)
- Assist the Code Blue Committee in standardising the practice and Code Blue process within the organisation.
- Develop, review, and oversee the implementation of Code Blue policy and procedures.
- Provide an advisory and resource service regarding techniques, equipment, and resuscitation process.
- Review and recommend changes to improve the Code Blue training and its process.
- Conduct regular audits on the management of Code Blue incidents.
- Assist in doctor’s resuscitation training.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Chairperson of Code Blue Committee.
- GENERAL (20%)
- Provide life support training to staff in accordance with the most recent Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council guidelines.
- Manage the training equipment and space owned by the Code Blue Committee.
- Respond to queries on Code Blue incidents within and outside of the organisation.
- Provide administrative coverage and support when needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A. EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
- A bachelor’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of clinical experience in critical care, emergency medicine or an equivalent setting where Code Blue situations are frequent.
- Experience in conducting training sessions and debriefings is highly regarded.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills for clear and effective training and feedback.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel for collation of audit outcomes.
