Asst Manager, TTSH Office for Protection of Employee
JOB SUMMARY
You will support the Assistant Director/Senior Manager in the post-incident management of staff abuse and harassment cases, ensuring affected staff receive timely support and assistance and that each case is appropriately followed through with all relevant parties.
In addition, you will assist in the development and implementation of policies, frameworks and initiatives to meet the hospital’s objectives of preventing and responding to abuse and harassment of our staff.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To work with the Assistant Director/Senior Manager to:
- Triage and manage staff abuse and harassment cases, providing timely support to the affected staff, appropriate intervention, comprehensive follow-through with relevant parties and timely close-loop communication with affected staff
- Manage and monitor staff abuse and harassment data, ensuring that all cases are being tracked, followed up and documented accurately in the system
- Collate and generate relevant statistics and KPIs for reporting to the Office, TTSH Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Council, MOH and/or NHG
- Analyse case trends and data to support decision making
- Review and streamline operational workflows and processes to better support the end-to-end post-incident management of cases
- Manage staff queries related to staff protection policies, protocols and measures
Secretariat Duties
- Provide Secretariat support for TTSH Office for Protection of Employee (TTSHOPE) and TTSH WSH Council meetings. This includes organising meeting, writing meeting minutes and following up on meeting action points.
General
- Accountable for ensuring accuracy, quality and timeliness of all assigned work
- Participate in hospital-level projects and workgroups as required
- Participate in emergency planning exercise and render support in any hospital emergency or incidents when required
- Assist to carry out any other duties assigned by the Reporting Officer
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree and above
- At least 4-6 years of relevant working experience, preferably in roles that involve providing support to staff. Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
- Knowledge and experience in case management is preferred
- Experience in engaging stakeholder across organizational functions and hierarchy
- Analytical, meticulous, and process‑oriented with strong critical thinking abilities
- Effective organizational, coordination and project management skills
- Ability to exercise initiative, perform under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
