Asst Manager, Philanthropic Project Management

JOB SUMMARY  

You will be responsible for serving as the primary liaison for philanthropic partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication. Your role will be to support the Assistant Director in managing funded projects. You shall manage the programme funding and disbursement in compliance with TTSH Funds Management approval process and maintaining appropriate management of funds. You will assist the Assistant Director to strategically plan and evaluate programmes in collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders, overseeing the development and monitoring of both existing and new programmes. Additionally, you will track measurable outcomes and ensure the sustainability of operations, finances, and logistics.

 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1. Partner Management

 

  • Serve as the single point of contact for partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners
  • Facilitate discussions and meetings with internal and external stakeholders

 

2. Programme and Project Management

 

  • Manage programme funding and disbursement
  • Ensure operational, financial, and logistical sustainability of programmes
  • Implement and monitor existing and new programmes and develop effective workflow and operational processes to support the new programmes
  • Identify and track measurable outcomes of programmes
  • Oversee activities and events, including organizing conferences and visits
  • Manage and track project timelines to ensure timely delivery of agreed outcomes according to the timelines and milestones agreed
  • Facilitate internal stakeholder engagements

 

3. Governance and Compliance

 

  • Comply with funds management governance to ensure funds are appropriately managed
  • Oversee relevant MOU and contracts management
  • Work with the Assistant Director to engage in strategic planning and evaluation of programmes with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Generate standardised reports for updates at the various management platforms

 

4. General/Other Duties

  • Provide Secretariat support for division/department meetings including writing meeting minutes and following up on meeting action points
  • Participate in hospital’s emergency planning exercise and render support in hospital emergency or incidents when required
  • Assist to carry out any other duties as assigned

 

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline although a related field like healthcare or business management will be an advantage
  • At least 5 – 8 years of relevant experience in project and programme management, preferably in the philanthropic areas
