Reporting to the Manager, the Assistant Manager will:
Partnership Development, Relationship Management, Engagement and Operations across CHI’s Four Networks
- This role forms part of a larger effort to develop new partnerships, relationship manage and operationalise engagements with CHI’s partners across our four networks. To this end, the position will:
- Plan and execute initiatives within CHI's four networks, ensuring seamless operations, meaningful stakeholder relationships, and alignment with our mission. Key responsibilities include new partner development and onboarding, comprehensive membership administration, organising regular networking events, and delivering signature programmes that drive healthcare innovation and systems transformation.
- Support day-to-day network operations, oversee report publications with systematic tracking and follow-up, build global thought leadership through strategic partnerships, and coordinate learning opportunities that advance healthcare innovation and foster meaningful systems change.
Innovation Enablement within the NHG Health Ecosystem
- Engage and support CHI stakeholders across NHG Health in their innovation work plans, whilst ensuring their alignment to CHI's mission and strategic priorities, and identifying partnership opportunities that support co-learning, co-development of initiatives, innovation pilots, and capability development programmes.
Manage strategic and learning visits to CHI
- Coordinate strategic and learning visits to CHI to showcase innovation capabilities, enable co-learning opportunities, and position CHI as a global healthcare innovation beacon. The position involves triaging incoming requests, identifying potential areas of partnerships, curating tailored visits with appropriate programmes and leadership representation, and maintaining high service quality through standard operating procedures.
- Key responsibilities include collaborating with various internal stakeholders to deliver seamless visitor experiences, conducting comprehensive post-visit follow-up activities, facilitating stakeholder connections, and coordinating social media coverage to maximise engagement opportunities and strengthen CHI's global network.
Monitoring and Reporting
- Support the department in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare comprehensive reports to assess the impact of partnerships and network activities. The position involves providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership and contributing to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and engagement strategies that drive greater organisational effectiveness.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably a good Bachelor degree and above, in Marketing, Business Administration, Health Sciences, Science or the Arts & Social Sciences
- Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience in administration, partnership management and project management.
- Possess an analytical mind with a propensity of continuous learning and improvement mind-set.
- Self-motivated, interpersonal, and staff engagement skills with the ability to influence, persuade and communicate with all levels of staff
