Asst Manager, Financial Accounting / Planning
TTSH Finance provides financial oversight and work closely with cross-functional business leads across TTSH, Clusters and external partners to drive financial sustainability and improvement initiatives and priorities.

Job Responsibilities
- Institution Budget Planning, Forecasting and Reporting.
- Review and prepares Institution’s annual budget and regular forecasts to Group for timely decision making.
- Reviews and prepares financial reports and other financial information on a timely basis to assist management with timely intervention and decision making.
- Analyses and highlights variances or exceptions for management review, e.g. actual performance versus budget and forecasts.
- Costing, Services Pricing & Subvention Management.
- Plan and establish service fees adjustment policies and procedures
- Review and propose changes to costings, services pricing periodically.
- Manage subvention payouts in accordance with MOH policies.
- Capital Investment
- Support the Institution’s digital transformation journey through finance lens review.
- Review and evaluate business cases and projects for risks and opportunities.
- Governance
- Inculcate a strong internal control environment through periodic reviews of Institution’s internal processes, systems, policies and procedures and put in recommendations to ensure business risks are minimised.
- Multi-discipline/departments collaborations and initiatives to drive process improvements and controls.
- Stakeholder Management
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to build collaborative relationships and ensure alignment with the strategic objectives of the Institution.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy/profession accounting qualifications (e.g. Chartered Accountant) or degree in Business Administration (major in Accountancy or Finance) or equivalent with minimum 5 years of related working experience.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking and leadership with the ability to work in a dynamic, complex and fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility in resolving issues and addressing changing priorities.
- Strong team player with high level of integrity, responsibility and trustworthiness.
- Positive mindset for collaboration and strive for continuous improvement and optimization. Having a curious mind to challenge status quo and provide innovative solutions and different perspective.
- Ability to work well independently and able to multi-task.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and strong communication skills with positive, proactive and win-win attributes
- Knowledge in data analytics software, e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, will be advantageous.
