Asst Manager, CHI Learning & Org Development

The candidate will support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning programmes that build healthcare innovation capability, change readiness, and future-ready skills across the healthcare workforce. Working at the intersection of learning, innovation, and workforce transformation, this role translates emerging healthcare challenges into impactful learning experiences that enable individuals, teams, and leaders to innovate, adapt, and transform care. In addition, he/she will implement processes for the administration, accreditation, and delivery of CHI’s healthcare innovation/capability development programmes.

 

Responsibilities

  1. Together with L&D team, to operationalise and implement L&D strategies for CHI’s healthcare innovation/capability development programmes.
  2. Implement processes to ensure the timely preparation, coordination, and execution of healthcare capability development programmes (online/blended/face-to-face) classes to maximise learner engagement and satisfaction.
  3. Maintain reports to provide management oversight on the utilisation of training slots, budget, and the status of healthcare capability development programmes.
  4. Monitor learning effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g. feedback, learning analytics, application to work).
  5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of healthcare capability development programmes, learning tools and delivery modalities.
  6. Support the development and implementation of healthcare workforce transformation projects within CHI, to advance CHI’s organisational excellence to deliver its mission.
  7. Work closely with healthcare institutions, clinical leaders, HR/L&D counterparts, and innovation stakeholders to identify learning needs and co-create solutions.
  8. Manage relationships with external vendors, facilitators, and academic or industry partners and coordinate workshops, learning visits, communities of practice, and experiential learning activities.
  9. Identify emerging trends in healthcare, learning sciences, and innovation, and translate insights into relevant learning interventions.
  10. Work with programme leads and stakeholders to ensure that programme catalogue content is accurate, consistent and aligned with CHI’s positioning, while supporting periodic review to reflect evolving technology.

 

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a passion in healthcare.
  2. At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in the field of learning & development, adult education, or other relevant fields. This may include Learning, Talent and Organisational Development strategies and initiatives such as competency framework development, capability and learning needs analysis, building learning culture and running programme operations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and will be appointed at an entry-level grade, with opportunities for advancement.
  3. Strong track record in organising and facilitating events and engagement activities from end-to-end.
  4. Possess an analytical mind and self-motivation towards continuous learning and improvement.
  5. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail.
  6. Possess good interpersonal and staff engagement skills with the ability to influence, persuade and communicate with all levels of staff. Experience in stand-up/online facilitation would be an advantage.
  7. Curious, reflective and passionate about learning and healthcare transformation.
  8. Proficient in data management and visualisation using M365 suite (Word/ Excel/ Powerpoint/ Teams/ OneDrive), digital design tools (e.g. Canva) and e-learning tools (e.g. Articulate 360/Rise). Experience in content creation and using tech/AI for improving processes would be an advantage.
