Asst Manager, CHAT

CHAT, Centre of Excellence for Youth Mental Health, offers a mental health service aimed at providing confidential mental health checks and support for youths and young adults aged 16 – 30 living in Singapore, linking them to appropriate mental health resources in a timely manner, conducting outreach to promote awareness of mental health issues and providing training to community partners and Institutes of Higher Learning.

 

Primary Responsibilities
Under the operations arm, the Assistant Manager will:

  • Supervise the CHAT operations team
  • Provide operation and administrative oversight to CHAT and its Hub in *SCAPE
  • Oversee and manage CHAT projects, including outreach
  • Prepare routine updates and progress reports to relevant internal, external customers and funding agencies
  • Oversee budget planning and expenditure tracking for CHAT related cost centres
  • Coordinate and/or participate in CHAT related events
  • Develop, implement and evaluate new processes within department
  • Participate in quality improvement projects

Requirements

  • Degree holder
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Experience in data analysis and project management, with good writing skills
  • Experience in outreach and publicity is preferred
  • Able to work both independently and with a team comprising administrators and clinical staff e.g. doctors and youth support workers.
