Asst Director

Institution:  National Healthcare Group

As a member of NHG’s Clinical Transformation Department, the Assistant Director will play an integral role in clinical transformation, which entails strategic clinical planning and care delivery model evolution towards (1) improving Access to Care, and (2) developing clinical excellence (aka NHG Centres/Institutes).

As one of three public healthcare clusters in Singapore, NHG is entrusted to serve about one-third of national population (1.5M Residents) healthcare needs. He or she will be integrally involved in examining current “delivery of care” landscape (emphasizing timeliness, value, and sustainability), sectors of internal clinical strength, identifying/harnessing opportunities in people/process-related matters and relevant externalities. The goal is for NHG to be a trusted healthcare provider to our population whenever any healthcare need arises. Driving a continuous loop of defining/overcoming barriers while championing innovation and adoption of best practices/technology, he/she will contribute towards positioning NHG positively in all 3 interconnected Healthcare systems of preventive care, acute care, and aged care.
